We offer various printing services. Our product range includes business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, posters and roll-ups. Need something not on our website? Contact us and we will find the best solution for you.

How is my product printed?

Do you think that all publications are made in the same way? Not really. We offer business class service at an economy class price. We print all orders in our printing house in Tallinn with long-term experience, using the latest digital technologies and high-quality papers from the best paper manufacturers.

How do I upload my file?

If you have a print file, please upload it before you add the order to the cart. There is a special upload corner for uploading a file.

Which file do I need to send to print?

Portable Document Format (PDF) files are best suited for printing and must meet the following requirements:
– PDF format
– File resolution from 300 DPI
– The file must have a cutting margin of at least 3 mm
– All available fonts (texts) are curved
– File color resolution preferably CMYK

Why are the colors printed on paper different from what I see on the screen?

We see colors in the RGB color system on the screens, but the CMYK color system is used for printing. As a result, the result on paper may differ from what you see on a computer or telephone screen.
If it is important for you to achieve a certain color tone, we recommend a print sample to make sure the colors are correct.

I want to order a print service, but I don't have a file - what can I do?

This is not a problem. Our professional designers are always ready to help express your vision in printed products. When creating a design, we will follow your thoughts and wishes until we achieve the expected result. You can order the design here.

How long does it take to place an order after placing it?

For printed products (business cards, flyers, postcards, leaflets, posters) in the quantity of 100-300 pcs and roll-ups up to 3 pcs, the production time is 2-3 working days from the submission of the order. For larger orders, the production time depends on the size of the order and whether you have ordered a design in addition to printing. We always do our best to complete your order quickly and with high quality.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you have placed your order and uploaded the file, we will review the file and let you know if any changes need to be made to the file. If the file is OK, we will send the order to work immediately.

If you also ordered a design service, after placing the order, we will start creating the design and send it to you for review. After confirming the design, the printing process starts automatically.

We will also inform you by e-mail about the progress of your order.

Can you help if I have a fast order?

If you are in a hurry with your order, contact us and we will do our best to complete your order quickly and with high quality.

Go print has developed an efficient approach to meeting and serving customer needs.
We use a business model where publications can be ordered quickly and conveniently through the web environment and all orders are placed in our own printing house, so we do not incur the cost of additional office space and commissions. This provides an opportunity to reduce costs and provide customers with affordable services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, bank links in the Baltic States and it is also possible to pay for the service with an invoice. An invoice will be automatically sent to your email address after you place your order.
If you pay from abroad (outside the Baltic States or the EU zone), it may take more than 1-2 business days to receive the money. In this case, please send a payment confirmation from your bank after placing your order so that we can begin processing your order immediately.

How fast is the delivery?

We always do our best to complete your order as soon as possible. Depending on your location and delivery method, the average delivery time is 2-3 business days.

What delivery methods do you offer?

We cooperate with various courier companies and postal operators DPD, OMNIVA and SMART POST. Choose the delivery method that suits you or pick up your order at our office at Madara 31, Tallinn every working day from 10.00 to 17.00.

How do I change my shipping address after I place my order?

As long as the order is still in progress, you can change the delivery address. Once the order is placed, the address can no longer be changed.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Regardless of the deadline, we will do our best to ensure that your order reaches you on time. If for some reason your order does not arrive on time, we will transfer the amount of this order to your prepaid account and you can use it when placing the next order. Your order will be delivered by our preferred partners.

Where can you deliver the goods?

We can deliver goods throughout the European Union. If you need delivery to another country, pleasecontact us.

If there is something wrong with my order, what should I do?

We strive to ensure that your order is manufactured to our high standards. If something went wrong, please contact usand explain the problem. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, our process will start automatically and as orders are of a personal nature, such orders will not be subject to withdrawal and cannot be canceled.

If I find an error with my file, can I change my order and send a new one?

Please check all files thoroughly before sending. When printing, we are not responsible for the contents of the files and do not check the spelling of the files. Once a file is printed, it can no longer be edited. If you order a design service from us, we will definitely send the files for review before printing. In this case, please also review the files thoroughly. After we receive confirmation of the file, we will no longer accept any claims regarding the accuracy of the contents of the file.
