ONLINE PRINT SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The owner of the Go Print online store (Hereinafter the online store) is OÜ Taurus Print (reg. code 11607001), located in Madara 31, Tallinn.
1. Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the online store can be calculated from the price calculator. A fee for the delivery of the goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when ordering.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
2. Making an order
To order a publication, select all the necessary parameters of the desired publication (size, color, paper, post-processing and quantity), then the price calculator shows the price of the goods according to the selected parameters, and then place an order If there is no print file, you can also select an additional design service and add it to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store. Taurus Print OÜ is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The customer will be notified of the completion of the order either by e-mail or sms. The delivery time of the order is approximate and depends on the volume of the orders.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiration of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
3. Delivery
The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden
To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Omniva parcel machine, Itella parcel machine, DPD parcel machine, ELS courier, DPD courier.
It is also possible to pick up the goods yourself at Madara 31, Tallinn every working day between 10.00 and 17.00.
Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information will be displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia will usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2 working days after receiving the order fulfillment notice. Delivery outside Estonia takes 5-7 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
4. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act. 2 and 3, the Subscriber cannot withdraw his order or return the order, except in case of problems related to the quality of the order.
5. Right to file a claim
The online store is responsible for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer with the order conditions that already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and that become apparent within two months from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. . within the first month after delivery of the thing to the purchaser, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. The responsibility of the online store is to rebut the respective presumption.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The online store transmits personal data to transport companies for the delivery of goods. The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
6. Settlement of Disputes

The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The examination of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
